Do these systems meet the Scottish Government legislation relating to smoke and heat alarms in houses which became effective in Scotland on 1st February 2022

These systems meet all the requirements of the new Scottish Government smoke and heat alarms legislation. All our smoke and heat alarms are wireless and interlink to each other. This means that should one detector be triggered in a fire it will send a wireless signal to the other sensors in the home thus ensuring that all the smoke and heat detectors sound simultaneously. They also are powered by a 10 year lithium battery as per the new legislation.

Will these works cause any mess in my home (The most important question)

There is no drilling or cabling required as these detectors are completely wireless. Therefore there will absolutely be no mess caused by the installation of these Scottish Government smoke and heat alarms within your home
